STAUD offers returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the pre-paid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
